How to avoid error message and fast blinkling?

How to avoid error message and fast blinkling?
Do all  LED's especially turn signal LED's require
load resistor to be installed as well to avoid error message and fast
blinking? 
Yes, but if you don't like resistor, you can choose led
flasher, it is not too hot just replace original one.
